Finished this one up earlier. I’d describe it as a less outlandish prototype for Frank Cho’s later work on Jungle Girl. It is a pretty exciting survival story bolstered by a theme of nature versus nurture and Doc’s balancing act of faith and science.
But the meat of the storytelling is definitely, and not surprisingly, in the artwork. It’s Frank Cho after all.
